T's Medical Results..& Baby Rehab

I wanted to update everyone on T's doctor appointment. He did fabulous! Being poked, proded and just plain messed with--is hard on anyone, but certainly a two year old.

T grew, get this.. 2.5 inches in six months. This is an amazing blessing for us. Based on this, Dr. Hart is taking the growth hormones off the table. Praise. I just had a hard time coming to terms with sticking my little one with a needle to get him to grow.

The only cause for concern right now is his lack of iron. We have to beef up (pun-totally intended!) his red meat and leafy green intake. He is also getting too much milk.

So he is currently going through toddler rehab to get him off the bottle. The milk may be what is causing the low iron too.

Anyway, I am just glad another hurdle has been jumped and we are doing well. Thanks to everyone who prayed for us, emailed us, sent text messages and phone calls to check on him. I love y'all!
